Lactagen® A Solution to Lactose Intolerance

I believe my problems with lactose intolerance began while I was still a teenager. That means I’ve dealt with this issue for close to 50 years. After eating many dairy products, I would develop severe abdominal cramping, followed by a long period of uncontrollable gas, flatulence.

After reading the information about Lactagen, I was quite interested, although skepticism was an issue. I couldn’t imagine how any product could eliminate my intolerance. But, after speaking with a representative from the company, I felt confident enough to place the order. I completed the Lactagen program over a year ago, and since then I’ve not had to deal with any of the issues or problems related to lactose intolerance.

I’m very happy to let everyone know that I went to Pizza Hut today and had 4 slices of pizza and I’m fine. Yesterday I had a burger with cheese on top for lunch, cheese ravioli for dinner, and then a meximelt and a taco supreme from taco bell for a 2 am snack (I haven’t had a meximelt in YEARS, it’s got three different melted cheeses!) Every time I eat something that I haven’t been able to enjoy for years, I’m amazed that this program actually worked for me. I have hardly any symptoms any more. It really worked. (There go the tears in my eyes again!)

I went through the program about 5 years ago. Since then my brother, sister and uncle all have successfully gone through the Lactagen program. Dinner out with the family is so much better these days. I love pizza the best, so I go for pizza all the time now. As a scuba diver instructor, being able to not worry about getting sick is very important! You don’t want to get stuck at the bottom of the ocean with the runs… Well, luckily I don’t have to worry about this because of Lactagen.

For the first time in my life, ever, I don’t have to think about or worry about dairy products being in food which I eat. I love it! What a tremendous sense of freedom! No more lactose pills!

I also have found that I am no longer paralyzed after I eat. Yesterday, I actually cleared the dinner dishes from the table right after we ate. I had never been able to do that before since I usually had to go sit in my chair and rest so I would not feel sick. What a wonderous thing!

I just wanted to share my experience with Lactagen - - I faithfully followed the program’s instructions, measuring out the appropriate scoopfuls of powder. The powder didn’t really have any taste at all - it was sort of like a “nothing” flavor, and dissolved really easily in water.

On day 38, when I completed the program and was supposed to drink milk, I chickened out, as I had to leave the house for work, and was afraid of the consequences if this didn’t work for me! So, I stayed on the powder for a couple of days more, until I knew I had a morning that I could stay at home and be close to the bathroom if necessary! I drank a full eight ounces of milk, my first glass (without lactaid pills) in more than 15 years. I waited - 20 minutes, then 30 minutes, then an hour, and nothing - no symptoms of anything!!!! I had another glass that night, and since then have been drinking milk everyday without even any slight reaction! It is sort of like a miracle, really. There is a sense of freedom coming from not having to worry or think about it, or miss out on ice cream again! I hope that this continues, as it is supposed to, because I don’t want to ever be lactose intolerant again!!!!!!! Thank you, Lactagen for essentially curing me!
