What our customers have to say about Lactagen:*
Steven Frank
I am happy to report that Lactagen worked very well for me. I am still building my tolerance for dairy, but I have been very excited to eat pizza, ice cream and so many other products with dairy. The biggest benefit that I still find myself getting used to be not having to worry about the ingredients in foods at restaurants. It was always difficult to find the right dish at the right restaurant. I don’t have to worry about that anymore!
It wasn’t as much an embarrassment for me, but just the monotony of having to explain why I couldn’t have dairy to each waitress and dinning companion. That I am happy to say is over! I guess it was like a pregnant women being asked, “When she is due?” a thousand times… Try being asked that for years.
Thank you Lactagen!

I was lactose intolerant for about eight years. I would eat yogurt and end up being sick in the bathroom for hours. I would never wish my stomach cramps on anyone; it was extremely painful, I couldn’t even breathe. After using Lactaid for five years, I discovered it did not always work for me. So I decided to cut dairy completely out of my diet. However, it became such a hassle eating in restaurants and asking about ingredients. I became so paranoid I would watch the barista at Starbuck’s to make sure he/she was pouring soy milk into my latte because I was so afraid of getting sick.
Lactaid worked most of the time. But I decided it wasn’t worth getting sick to enjoy dairy. I never knew if Lactaid would work for me that day and my symptoms were so severe I didn’t want to purposely experience them.
I thought it was such an amazing product. A fellow student at school is involved with the company so I knew it was relatively safe. Additionally, I read the testimonials on the website, which reassured me that it could possibly work and I couldn’t make my situation worse.
I’m so happy! I have missed frozen yogurt, ice cream, cheesecake, mousse; I can now order desserts at restaurants!! I’m so grateful for Lactagen. It has seriously changed the way I eat. I no longer have to worry if there is too much butter on the bread or if there is cheese in my salad dressing. I know I won’t get sick and I can eat anything I want.
I was kind of a guinea pig for a bunch of friends so now that it has worked for me; they are all going to start the 38 day program.

I suffered from bloating and gas and diarrhea for years before my new doctor said I suffered from lactose intolerance. At the age of 51 I was forced to give up all dairy products which for a milk drinker and ice cream eater is tough. I finally did start using the Lactaid pills but they were expensive and I kept finding that I had left them at home. Nothing was working for me.
The bloating and gas and diarrhea were the worst symptoms that I experienced. The worst of it was how I had to avoid so many food items when I ate out because of butter, cheese and other dairy ingredients. It is amazing how many restaurant items have dairy in them and sometimes even they don’t know.
I found that the Lactaid pills worked but you had to carry them with you everywhere you went. At home I would always have to get up from the table and go to the bathroom where I kept my pills. Often I would find myself out to eat and realize I had no pills with me. So I had to pass over all the good items I really wanted and eat something “safe”. Not much fun.
I was skeptical. I thought it was just another fad. I kept putting it off and then one day I got a call from a sales rep who really sounded down to earth and knowledgeable. She convinced me to take the “No-risk” guarantee seriously and so I said I would try it.
After taking Lactagen, I am excited and amazed at the same time. I have eaten ice cream three times in the first week after completing my program. The process was simple and easy to follow. The instructions were clear and the product is easy to take. I used juice most of the time because it masks the taste. I feel like a new person and find myself trying foods when I eat out that I have avoided for over 10 years thanks to Lactagen.

I have suffered from lactose intolerance for 28 years. I could not drink milk or eat anything with milk in it without getting severe cramps and diarrhea. If I was very careful I could a little bit of cheese but not every day. If I had pizza, I was always sick within a couple of hours. Lactaid worked on only a limited basis. A physician told me to add psyllium to my diet but that still did not control my problem. I could not leave the house without an anti-diarrhea medicine. My kids said I knew where every store restroom was located.
When I first heard of Lactagen, I wondered if it would work and if it would be worth the cost. It has now been 2 weeks since I finished the Lactagen program. I can now drink milk, eat ice cream and pizza without any symptoms. I haven’t taken any anti-diarrhea medicine since my completion.

I’ve been lactose intolerant for about 5 years now. I had mild symptoms for about three years, and then they got progressively worse over the last two years.
At first it was just a funny feeling in my stomach and I didn’t know what was causing it. Then, about two years ago, I started getting severe cramps where I would lay in bed all day from the pain. I would throw up or have gas and diarrhea.
After I realized that I was lactose intolerant, I found that I couldn’t even handle small amounts of dairy. For example, my parents didn’t realize how severely lactose intolerant I had suddenly become, so when a food only had a little dairy, my mom would tell me it didn’t have dairy in it and I would get sick. Then my parents realized that it wasn’t in my head and that, indeed, I was very sensitive to dairy.
From then on my family had to be careful not to put any dairy in anything they cooked. I felt bad that they always had to worry about putting dairy in anything and they had to go without a lot of my mom’s specialties for me.
Also, I’m a student and I often spend 16 hours a day at school. My boyfriend goes to school with me and instead of going home we go out to dinner about 4 nights a week. It was a stressful experience to always have to grill the waiters (asking them if the dressing has dairy or if they can serve that without the cheese). There were so many times when I’d order something without dairy and yet it would come to the table with melted cheese on top and I’d try to scrape it off, but it won’t come off and I’d have to send it back… in other words, it wasn’t pleasant.
I used to take Lactaid tablets, but they wouldn’t always work. For example, after I found out I was lactose intolerant, I tried to eat two slices of pizza with Lactaid pills and I threw up within an hour. A month later I tried it again, and again the same thing happened, even with the Lactaid. The worst part about Lactaid was that I always had to refill my purse with it. If I didn’t have any with me I’d have to stop and buy some before going out to dinner.
I know it sounds sappy, but when I read the other testimonials on the site, I got tears in my eyes because I finally found people who had symptoms like mine and who knew what I was going through. I think it was also because I finally felt hope for being able to eat like normal people again and quit being a “lac-tard.”
I’m very happy to let everyone know that I went to Pizza Hut today and had 4 slices of pizza and I’m fine. Yesterday I had a burger with cheese on top for lunch, cheese ravioli for dinner, and then a meximelt and a taco supreme from taco bell for a 2 am snack (I haven’t had a meximelt in YEARS, it’s got three different melted cheeses!) Every time I eat something that I haven’t been able to enjoy for years, I’m amazed that this program actually worked for me. I have hardly any symptoms any more. It really worked. (There go the tears in my eyes again!).

I’ve been suffering of lactose intolerance for the last 16 years. My intolerance was very severe, painful and it really complicated my life. I’ve used Lactaid and other similar remedies, they seem to help at the beginning but later they didn’t help much. I kept suffering pain and all the other symptoms.
When I first read about Lactagen, it made sense to me, but I’m so severely lactose intolerance, I didn’t know if it would help me. Since I had nothing to loose I decide to give it a try.
I feel so happy! Really, I am still in shock! Now I am enjoying so many different things I couldn’t even look, for the past years. I am so grateful to Lactagen. Everyone who suffers from lactose intolerance should try this and you won’t regret it. Thank you again and again!

I’ve been lactose intolerance since my teenage years. My condition was severe. It was at a time when doctors did not fully understand the concept of lactose intolerance. I was actually diagnosed as being anorexic because I was 5’7” and 84 lbs at its worst. It started when I was 14 and I was 18 before an eating disorder physician diagnosed me correctly. I endured severe cramps, which always sent me running to the restroom. I never went anywhere or did anything outside of the house besides school and in later years, I was still wary about long trips with anyone besides friends or family who understood my condition and understood “I have to go now” meant NOW!! Also, even though I was finally told I was lactose intolerant, it took me at least a year to be comfortable eating again, because I was convinced everything made me sick. I have now reached a good weight of 130 lbs, mostly because I learned to work around the problem with Lactaid products, which were still a hassle, as you have to guess at the amount of pills to take.
As I mentioned, Lactaid pills and Lactaid milk products were my only remedy, along with checking the back of every single item I ate for milk products in the ingredient list. It is surprising what items contain milk. I had to check everything!
I was searching for foods I could eat safely, and then the link popped up for Lactagen. I have to be honest, I was skeptical. I was curious, though, and I ordered the brochure. I had my sister-in-law check it out, as she is a scientist in food and human nutrition. She did not see anything that she felt could cause me any problems and said, “Go for it, what can you lose?”
I ordered Lactagen and was happily surprised to feel great the whole way through. I could not stop smiling the first day I drank “real milk.” It is great! Everyone who is lactose intolerant should go on the program. I would shout it from the rooftops if I could, it’s that great! I think the best part was today as I was in the grocery store and looking down at the candy bars in the checkout aisle. I looked with longing, thinking, “I can’t have those”, when all of the sudden it hit me, “I CAN have those! I can have anything I want in this entire grocery store!”

I have just finished the month program AND I THINK IT WORKED………..!!!! I CAN EAT ICE CREAM AND MILK ON MY CEREAL.
THANKS SO MUCH.

I have suffered for 38 years with the lactose intolerance and this was a blessing. I thank you again for introducing this to me. I spent many a night in the bathroom, either throwing up or having diarrhea or both. I have tried everything that was sold on the market from the time that I knew I had lactose intolerance.
I was skeptical about the product, but I thought what the hell, I have tried everything else, so why not this. I feel wonderful, eating my hot fudge sundae with whipped cream on top, awesome!

I have suffered from lactose intolerance for over 30 years. I could not drink a glass of milk with out suffering the consequence. I would have to stay close to a toilet. Being a pilot of international flights, I could not take the chance of drinking a straight glass of milk.
I love milk and to be able to drink a glass of milk without worrying about a bad side effect is indescribable, just pure joy. I can now be a spokesman for Lactagen. I tell a lot of people about this product. Thanks for helping me enjoy drinking milk again. I drink milk now at 39,000 feet without any worries.
