I am a physician and generally skeptical of such claims, but, the Lactagen program made sense, to gradually reestablish a healthy colony of lactobacillus, so I dutifully followed the regimen and am very pleased with the results. When I first finished, my wife and I went to a restaurant after we decided I could now put the problem to a big test.
