Being lactose intolerant has affected the way I’ve lived since I was a teenager. It prevented me from partaking in certain social events, it made me terrified to eat somewhere where I couldn’t control the source of the food, it made me incredibly nervous anytime I ate something that could potentially have a little bit of dairy in it, and it was a loss having to give up all my favorite foods.
And suddenly, with a flick of this magic wand called Lactagen, it’s all gone. All the anxiety, the fear, the embarrassment…poof! It seems too good to be true but it’s not! I’m having a hard time believing that I can eat any dairy I want again for the rest of my life, but the proof is in the pudding…literally.
I was hopeful during the process (which was SO easy, by the way), cautiously optimistic during the milk drinking phase, and in shock at the result. I can’t get over the fact that something that would have made me SO ill just a couple of months ago now doesn’t affect me AT ALL!!!
You have changed my life. I cannot thank you enough. I promise to spread the word. I hope you know what a great thing you have done here. Thank you, thank you, and thank you!!!

I cannot express the way I feel right now. My family, roommates, and coworkers are all ecstatic for me. I don’t have to refuse offers for dinner or homemade foods. I can enjoy eating again and feel good about food. I don’t have to be afraid of being sick. My boyfriend laughs at me each time I discover something else that I can eat. He took me for ice cream the other night and he was almost more excited than I was. I still eat it slowly, savoring every bite. I am in complete amazement of the change that has come over me. People have noticed that I am happier, and I am!
I couldn’t even look at ice cream or milk. Cheese wasn’t as bad and I refused to give all of that up. With milk or cream foods, I would be bloated, extremely gassy and feel sick to my stomach. With some of the menus in restaurants having mostly cream sauces on the entrees, I was beginning to hate going out because there wasn’t a lot to choose from without becoming miserable and embarrassed.
I followed the directions to the “T”, and at the end of the program on the 38th day, I was amazed that I could actually drink 12 oz of milk twice a day with zero bloating and stomach pressure, which usually happened immediately following the consumption of any amount of any dairy products. I actually had ice cream cake last night with no after effect! Thank you Lactagen and thank you to everyone at Lactagen for your awesome customer care and follow up!
I suffered severe stomach pains (doubled over with pain) the day after I had Pizza or other dairy items. There was no relief no matter what I took. I’ll admit I was very skeptical about taking Lactagen. I still can’t believe it worked. I’ve had Pizza and cream in my coffee. No more walking around doubled-over in pain. I feel great. I love it! I tell everyone I know.
Lactaid didn’t work even if I took 4 tablets. It helped, but I still had problems. I tried soy milk, but didn’t like the aftertaste, and rice milk was not bad, but using it in recipes didn’t get very good results. I was excited about the prospect of being able to eat some of the foods I used to eat without problems.
I was 15 years old when I developed lactose intolerance. Fortunately for me I heard about Lactagen shortly after a final diagnosis and only suffered for approximately one year. That was long enough!
My daughter Cassie (11 years) has suffered from Lactose Intolerance since birth, but we did not know it until she was 9 years old. She would watch all the kids in her classroom get chocolate for special birthdays cake and ice cream and not be able to participate.
After going through chemotherapy for cancer I had in 1985, I become lactose intolerance. Doctors told me I would never get rid of my lactose intolerance. They were wrong!
