Lactagen® Product Return Details
If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may return the unused or empty Lactagen® canister back within 60 days from the purchase date for a full product refund (Shipping & Handling is not refunded). You must obtain an RMA# by contacting Lactagen® Customer Care at 1-888-324-7965 prior to the return of your product.
Please note the following terms and conditions:
The RMA# is only valid for 15 days and must be clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping package. Shipments received by Lactagen® without an RMA# will be refused.
When returning product for a refund you must include:
- Empty, unused or full canister of Lactagen®.
- A copy of your receipt or shipping slip.
- A detailed explanation for the reason of the refund request.
Pertinent Information on Returns:
- We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."
- We cannot process or refund packages without a note explaining the reason for a refund request.
- Refunds will be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
- No extensions to the 60 day money back guarantee may be given out at any time.

Returns usually take 15 - 30 business days from the time they are received back to Lactagen® to be processed. Usually credit card refunds take 48 - 72 hours to show up on your credit card statement after this processing time and an email confirmation will be sent to you the day it is completed.
Lactagen® Cancellation Terms & Conditions
Risk-Free Trial
If you ordered Lactagen® on a "Risk-Free Trial" basis whereby you initially paid only the cost of shipping, you will be automatically billed three payments of the stated retail price on your invoice. Each payment will take place 30 days apart. These payments are automatic and cannot be stopped without a full return of the Lactagen® product.
Cancellation of Better Digestion auto-ship program
If you decide to cancel the Better Digestion 30-day auto ship program, simply contact us by phone. You can call us at (888) 9-DIGEST(934-4378) to speak with a live representative about canceling your membership.
Please note the following terms:
- Customer Service is available by phone between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00 pm PST Monday through Friday at (888) 324-7965.
- Cancellations of Better Digestion monthly shipments must be received and confirmed by phone no later than 48 hours prior to your next ship date to stop your next shipment.
- Customers must receive a Cancellation Verification Code to confirm the cancellation.
- All sales are final.
