Lactagen® Product Return Details
If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may return the unused or empty Lactagen canister back within 6 months from the purchase date for a full product refund (Shipping & Handling is not refunded). Please note the following terms and conditions:
When requesting a refund you must include:
- Empty, unused or full canister of Lactagen.
- A copy of your receipt or shipping slip.
- A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
Pertinent Information on Returns:
- We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."
- We cannot process or refund packages without a note explaining the reason for a refund request.
- Refunds will be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
- We must receive your product refund request with the pertinent information above prior to 6 months from the date of your purchase date for a refund to be given.
- No extensions to the 6 month money back guarantee may be given out at any time.
What happens if I don’t have my product canister?
If product was thrown out or lost, please send in your receipt or shipping slip with an explanation for the return request. Also, add a note explaining that you do not have the canister any longer.
What happens if I don’t have a shipping receipt?
If shipping slip or receipt is lost, please send a letter with your contact information and a copy of your credit card bill.
When will I receive my refund?
Returns usually takes up to 30 days from the time they are received back to the warehouse. Usually credit card processing takes 24 hours to show up on your credit card statement. Check with your credit card company for verification of refund.
